The great thing about our vacation rentals is that they’re in a remote non-touristy area RIGHT ON A BEAUTIFUL BEACH! You can plan daily excursions to the various island attractions–just be mindful of timing–there is a traffic consideration. Many guests comment about visiting the tourist spots, and how glad they are to get back to our quiet beach! We are located so you can enjoy the serenity of the island most pristine beaches but still travel to the things you want to see

The Princess complex has a number of condos. You can book as many as you’d like depending on the size of your party–just be sure you book several months in advance to ensure availability.

While there will be guests nearby, the beach isn’t crowded–you can relax and enjoy in peace. We ask all guests to be mindful of other guests who may choose to nap in the afternoon-. We find that most of our guests like to be out and about or on the beach each day, come in, shower, get some sleep, and then get up and do it all over again the next day. Quiet exit and entry of condos is appreciated

All of our condos and cabins come fully furnished and well-equipped to meet all your needs during your stay.

The full-size kitchens have full-size appliances and all the necessities. We supply all the kitchenware—including pans, toasters, coffee machines, microwaves, blenders, and more. The condo also has televisions, air conditioning*, washers/dryers, beach mats and chairs, boogie board, and snorkeling equipment for your convenience. All linens (including beach towels) are provided.

* Princess building has central AC that is water-cooled and mounted on the roof; however, please be aware that this type of tropical AC is NOT like Mainland AC meaning it will never get icy cold. With everything left open along with ceiling fans, stand fans, and our normally great trade winds, the condo is generally very comfortable for most guests. If you require super cold AC, this may not be a good condo choice for you.

NO! You cannot smoke in any of our units, lanais, or even anywhere or the Princess property. THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX (includes vaping and smokeless tobacco). There is a MANDATORY NO-WARNING $500 FINE FOR VIOLATION OF THIS VERY STRICT RULE. We have a designated a smoking area

Yes. When you confirm your booking, we collect a Damage/Loss Deposit via a Credit Card Authorization (CCA). This deposit will be held without being processed until post-departure inspection. We are simply ensuring our condos are clean and in great condition for the next guests, and of course protecting our investment.

After we have a satisfactory inspection of the condo, we will promptly shred your CCA and email you,
