CABANAS: BEACHFRONT 1-bedroom on low floor (2 elevators). Sleep to the sound of the surf in your comfortable
KING-SIZE bed; the bedroom is on makai (ocean) side and has its own TV/VCR. CHECK OUT THE SUNSET VIEW FROM THE LANAI PICTURE!!
Double-size sofabed in the living room plus we have a single floor futon or an inflatable mattress by request, both of which
are nice if extra guests prefer separate sleeping surfaces. Cable TV, DVD in living room, floor fans (no AC, but
great cool tradewinds and cross ventillation--we have never had a guest complain, but if you must have AC, this is not the
condo for you), Condo has full-size appliances in fully furnished kitchen. We supply all dishes,
pots 'n pans, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, electric can opener, blender, microwave--even
a blender for making those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies. Guests enjoy a sparkling all white ceramic tile
bath with shower stall. Other amenities: message phone, all linens including beach towels, iron/board, hair dryer, beach chairs,
mats, boogie boards, kiddie things, some snorkeling gear (note: kiddie things and snorkeling gear tend to wax and wane--some
guests lose gear and replace it, but sadly--others don't), outside BBQ area, coin-operated washer/dryer in building, and free,
secured parking. No pool. Who needs it with the beautiful aqua-blue Pacific Ocean right out your door? Again,
this is NOT a luxury condo. It is a "no frills" condo--GREAT VALUE! It is very clean, but
not fancy at all. If you are not interested in a luxury condo and prefer to spend your hard-earned money on some of
the many other things Oahu has to offer, the CABANAS might be just right for you. If you are interested in Bus Info,

ALL OUR CONDOS ARE NON-SMOKING INCLUDING THE LANAI, WITH NO PETS ALLOWED! Cabanas Policy: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the lanais, in the corridors,
elevators, BBQ area, laundry room, or lobby! State of Hawaii permits smoking ONLY in areas 20' or more from the building.

to mandatory Hawaii State Tax of 13.97% , an exit Cleaning Fee of $85-195 based on number of guests and length of stay.

require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss Deposit of $300 ($400 CAD) payable via Credit Card or by a separate check that is
HELD (NOT PROCESSED) until condo has been inspected and cleared for any damage (including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for
example, washing walls, extreme tile scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.)
and keys are returned to lockbox with lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND
PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only interest is in protecting our investment and keeping our units very nice for future
guests. 99.9% of our guests have received a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate guest who makes it hard
for all of us! We hope you understand our reasoning for the required deposit.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: the floor plan below is a Princess unit--NOT the Cabanas, but with a little imagination, you can get an
idea of the layout of the Cabanas.
At the Cabanas, the bedroom is makai (OCEANSIDE) so just reverse the living room & bedroom positions and imagine a
more linear on two walls rather than a "U" shape kitchen.
