TV/DVD/PHONE, sofa sleeper in living room, plus a single floor futon or by request an inflatable double size mattress (nice when children do not want to sleep together) washer/dryer, kitchen with full-size
appliances, (fridge has ice maker), tile bath with walk-in shower, and large lanai with 180º SUNSET view. Listen for
the conch shell blowers!
All linens including beach towels provided; beach
chairs, umbrella, and mats; boogie boards; snorkeling gear; iron/board; hair dryer; message phone; 2 Cable TVs/VCR/DVD/Stereo/CD
Player, and various small appliances including blender for those onolicious island fruit smoothies. We even provide
binoculars for in-condo use--watch right from your lanai as the whales and dolphins put on a show! Green sea turtles love
to frolic near the shoreline.
Although Princess 6 has AC, you won't need
it--just open up our great cross-ventilation louvers and lanai door and let nature do her thing! We also have ceiling fans!
Princess has pool, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ, tennis,
ping pong, and secure free parking! Two championship oceanview golf courses are within sight.

We require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss
Deposit of $500 to $700 (depends
length of stay and number in party) payable in a separate check that is held until condo has been inspected and cleared for any damage (including
EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, washing walls, extreme tile scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery
cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory
inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only interest is in protecting our investment and keeping
our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate
guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our reasoning for the required deposit.

Out of respect for our neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents
who treasure their peace and quiet, and others are vacationers who want a quiet period of relaxation, we allow no visitors.
Only the registered guests may occupy condo.
ALL MAXWELL CONDOS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING (EVEN ON THE LANAI) WITH NO PETS ALLOWED.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the lanai, in/at the corridors, elevators, pool, rec room, BBQ area, or in the lobby! Smoking
is permitted ONLY in areas 20' or more from the building.
