Princess 5 is a BEAUTIFUL BRAND-NEW *BEACHFRONT* One-Bedroom Condo on a low Floor (2 elevators)
of the Hawaiian Princess at Makaha--the Cadillac of the Entire Leeward Coast!
Princess 5 is fully furnished with
everything you could possibly need for your vacation in Paradise--just bring your shorts, swimsuit , slippahs, and toothbrush!
This condo has a KING BEDROOM with spacious armoire: TV/DVD, Phone, and of course many dresser drawers.
Floors are gorgeous 18" porcelain tile generously topped with island
area rugs.
Fully furnished
kitchen is bright, white, and fully equipped with all full-size appliances including an icemaker and dishwasher.
Although Princess 5 has AC, you won't need it--just open up our great cross-ventillation louvers and lanai door and let
nature do her thing! We also have ceiling fans!
We supply all linens, including beach towels.
Condo
is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, mats, snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, and beach bag.
Condo
has Cable TV/DVD/CD Player/Phone w/ answering machine, washer/dryer, iron/board, hair dryer, and even binoculars. Wow! Wireless
high-speed internet too!
Spacious lanai is great for your morning coffee or evening sunset watching. Listen for
the conch shells blowing at sundown. You'll enjoy dolphins, turtles, and whales in season. If you're here during a full moon,
it's worth getting up extra early to catch our breathtaking moonsets!
Elevator, outside gas BBQ, pool, Jacuzzi,
ping pong, and outside showers on both ends of building.
Parking is free in fenced lot! Very secure building
with excellent management!

Prior to Arrival (90 Days for Holiday Reservations 12/15-1/5) Easter, July 4th, Labor
Day, and Thanksgiving weeks: please add $10 per night
We require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss
Deposit of $300 ($400 CAD) payable in a separate check that is held until condo has been inspected and cleared for any damage
(including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, washing walls, extreme tile scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery
cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory
inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only interest is in protecting our investment and keeping
our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate
guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our reasoning for the required deposit.
Princess 5 sleeps 2 adults.
MINIMUM 5-NIGHT
STAY. Holiday and JAN/FEB/MAR minimum stay is 7 nights!
Monthly Rates are based on 28 nights and do not include
major holiday weeks.
Out
of respect for our neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents who treasure their peace and quiet, and others are vacationers
who want a quiet period of relaxation, we allow no visitors. Only the registered guests may occupy condo.
ALL MAXWELL CONDOS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING
(EVEN ON THE LANAI) WITH NO PETS ALLOWED.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the lanai, in/at the corridors, elevators,
pool, rec room, BBQ area, or in the lobby! Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking within 20' of any building, door,
window, or vent.
