This is a one-bedroom condo on a medium-high floor (2 elevators). This condo is next door to Princess
1, and there is a totally private, securely lockable, solid-core, interior connecting door (just like a hotel) that creates
the exciting possibility of adjoining condos for two couples traveling together.
Princess 4 accommodates a party of 2 max. The two condos can be
rented separately or together; however, VERY advance booking times are necessary to ensure that both units are available. Super Deluxe Comfortable KING Bedroom complete
with writing desk, Cable TV/DVD
and extension phone!
All linens including beach towels provided; beach chairs and mats; boogie boards; snorkeling gear; iron/board;
hair dryer; message phone; 2 Cable TVs (32" Flat Screen in Living Room)/VCR/2 DVDs/Stereo/CD Player, all dishes,
pots 'n pans, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, electric can opener, blender, microwave. We even provide binoculars for in-condo
use--watch right from your lanai as the whales and dolphins put on a show! Green sea turtles love to frolic near the shoreline.
Although Princess 4 has AC, you won't need it--just open up our great cross-ventillation louvers and lanai door
and let nature do her thing! We also have ceiling fans!
Beautiful condo features beautiful 18" porcelain tile floors throughout, washer/dryer, kitchen with full-size appliances,
tile bath with tub/shower combo, large lanai with 180º OCEAN/SUNSET view. Lanai features cushioned chairs, table, and
even a lounge for those lazy days of reading and napping. Listen for the conch shell blowers at sunset!

We require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss
Deposit of $300 ($400 CAD) payable via Credit Card or by a separate check that is HELD (NOT PROCESSED) until condo has been
inspected and cleared for any damage (including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, washing walls, extreme tile
scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with lockbox
left securely intact. After a satisfactory inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only interest
is in protecting our investment and keeping our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received a full
refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our reasoning
for the required deposit.

MINIMUM 5-NIGHT STAY
Holiday and JAN/FEB/MAR minimum stay is 7 nights!
Monthly rate is based on 28
nights and does not apply to major holiday weeks.
Out
of respect for our neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents who treasure their peace and quiet, and others are vacationers
who want a quiet period of relaxation, we allow no visitors. Only the registered guests may occupy condo.
ALL MAXWELL CONDOS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING (EVEN ON
THE LANAI) WITH NO PETS ALLOWED.

The ENTIRE PRINCESS COMPLEX IS NON-SMOKING! Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in any unit, on the lanai, in/at the corridors, elevators, pool, rec room, BBQ
area, or in the lobby! Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area in lower parking lot and on the beach ONLY if
25' or more from the building.
