Very quiet, private, Princess 2
is a lovely one-bedroom/one bath unit on low floor (2 elevators) ideally suited for a couple
looking for some quiet time together (if needed, condo can sleep 4) at value-packed rate! Condo is completely furnished
with everything you could possibly need for your special vacation in Makaha! There is even a TV/DVD/Phone in the beautiful
KING bedroom! =)
Princess
2 has not been remodeled as recently as our other condos. It is the same size, has the same equipment and amenities,
is just as well maintained, and is just as clean--it simply has not been remodeled in a few years. We keep this condo
in our inventory for folks who are on a budget and don't need "new." Princess 2 is DIRECT BEACHFRONT and has a fantastic ocean/beach/sunset
180º view. It is a
secured building with pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, outside BBQ area, 2 outside showers, and party room. Our low-floor
one-bedroom/one-bath condo has a lovely lanai with unparalleled view and sleeps 2 comfortably in KING-size bedroom (could
even sleep 2 more on living room queen sofabed or single floor futon). Fully furnished kitchen with all the necessities, e.g.,
dishes, pots 'n pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, microwave, and even an icemaker and blender
for making those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies. We also have a dishwasher, 2 TVs,VCR/DVDs, stereo, 2 phones w/ message
recorder, AC (you won't need it with our GREAT tradewinds), ceiling fans, washer/dryer in unit, iron/board, all linens (including
beach towels), hair dryer, beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach umbrella, sand toys, cooler, and
free secured parking. We even provide binoculars for in-condo use--watch right from your lanai as the whales and dolphins
put on a show!
Princess
2 is carpeted while Princess 1, 4, 5, & 6 have ceramic or porcelain tile floors. The ENTIRE Princess complex
is NON-SMOKING INCLUDING
all Lanais!! NO PETS! Condo Association bans smoking on the lanai, in/at the corridors, elevators, pool, rec room, BBQ area,and lobby! Smoking is allowed only in areas truly outside and well away
from the building.
Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking
within 20' of building. There is a designated smoking area with table/chairs in the lower portion of parking lot if
you must light up.

of respect for our neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents who treasure their peace and quiet, and others are vacationers
who want a quiet period of relaxation, we allow no visitors. Only the registered guests may occupy condo.

We require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss
Deposit of $300 ($400 CAD) payable via Credit Card or by a separate check that is HELD (NOT PROCESSED) until condo has been
inspected and cleared for any damage (including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, washing walls, extreme tile
scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with
lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only
interest is in protecting our investment and keeping our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received
a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our
reasoning for the required deposit.
