Our Surfside studio is upgraded and spotlessly clean. It was completely renovated in 2002--only the exterior walls are original!
This large studio is designed for the long-term vacationing couple who want to be on a ground-floor level. Our location is
great for handicapped folks. There are natural maple cabinets, new bathroom fixtures, new top-quality ceramic tile flooring,
new glass louvers, ceiling fans, AC (for limited use when coming in after a day at the beach), full-size kitchen appliances,
quality furniture, all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffeemaker, blender for making those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies,
microwave, cable TV/VCR, Stereo/CD/Tape player, phone with message recorder, hair dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs/mat,
cooler, and on and on.
The unit sleeps 2 very comfortably in a deluxe queen-size wall bed (forget all the negatives you've ever heard about so-called pull-down beds--this one is deluxe and wonderfully comfortable; we get MANY great comments from guests about the bed. All linens are supplied including beach towels. The Surfside is NOT a luxury building, but our particular unit is beautiful, bright, and spotlessly clean. It is worth the little extra money over the other available studios just to get the luxury of this unit; in fact, the one-bedroom units are only slightly larger, so this may be the BEST VALUE in the entire complex! The condo is on the ocean, and our unit has an ocean view as well as a lovely garden view with beautiful, blooming tropical plants, trees, and grass. There are two pools.  ALL OUR CONDOS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING INCLUDING JUST HANGING OUT THE LITTLE UNUSABLE LANAI! SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN
THE CORRIDORS, ELEVATORS, LAUNDRY ROOMS, GYM, OR POOL. SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN AREAS 20' OR MORE FROM BUILDING.
