Above rates are for a party of 2.  Please add $10 per night for 3rd guest  and  $5 for 4th guest.  Please add 12.97% tax, exit cleaning fee (amount range is $85-$200 depending on length of stay, # in party, and ages of children), and a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage-Loss deposit ($300-$600 depending on same as cleaning fee).  Princess and Cabanas rates are based on 4 consecutive weeks (28 nights)--Surfside units are based on 30 days.
